About the Role
The Assistant Security Manager guides the organisation in meeting all certified management system standard requirements.
Responsibilities
Ensure proper implementation of policies, procedures, and work instructions in the security management system and other knowledge, i.e., Secure Trade Partnership Program (TradeFIRST Assessment), TAPA FSE, Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMS).
Review and develop quality plans from time to time to meet new regulatory requirements.
Continuously monitor and improve security management system and related quality systems.
Review and update the security policy and its objectives.
Guide the business unit on effective implementation and usage of resources for the maintenance and upgrading of security management systems and related quality systems.
Guide the organisation in meeting all certified management system standards requirements and maintenance of the certifications.
Undertake projects and additional duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
Diploma or higher tertiary qualification in security management systems
Strong knowledge of security management systems and other knowledge, i.e., Secure Trade Partnership Program (TradeFIRST Assessment), TAPA FSR, Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMDS)
At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment in printing/packaging, kitting/assembly, document control, logistics activities
Good knowledge of Secure Trade Partnership Program (TradeFIRST Assessment), TAPA FSR, Good Distribution Practices for Medical Device (GDPMDS)
Self-driven, achievement-oriented, and charismatic
Good interpersonal skills for working with cross-functions and all levels in the organisation
Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams
Good command of written and spoken English
Able to travel, withstand job pressures and work long hours when required
