About the Role
This role is for the Printing Packaging segment of our business. The individual leads business development activities, per the company's business direction, to increase the company's market share and sales revenue.
Responsibilities
Identify potential and new greenfield opportunities that support Teckwah's future strategic profile.
Assist in conducting and formulating comprehensive studies on business solutions for implementation.
Assist in pilot testing business solutions with customers, potential partners, suppliers, and internal business units and personnel.
Identify strategic leveraging opportunities within Teckwah Group to expand geographic footprints, deepen business relationships with target customers, and facilitate the realisation of identified potential.
Sell new solutions and cut deals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or closely related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in a Business Development role is required for the managerial position.
Candidates with little to no experience are welcome to submit their interests.
Good analytical skills; capable of doing in-depth analysis; providing insights into market and customer trends, market needs, and possible 'winning' solutions to address identified opportunities and gaps.

Willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
