About the Role
This individual supports the Business Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations, including warehouse management, shipping, order administration and customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage Haulier/transporter, ensuring all logistics activities are well-coordinated to meet customers’ requirements.
Responsible for meeting customers' KPIs.
Establish internal workflow and convey the customers’ expectations and conditions for the operations.
Act as a liaison between the company and customers on all business-related issues.
Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in the overdue payment collection for customers.
Provide updated reports on customers to their superior monthly.
Manage sales and after-sales services for key customers to meet their business needs and requirements.
Coordinate, update SOP and conduct in-house training.
Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to the working team to meet job requirements.
Maintain close and good customer and supplier/partner relationships.
Monitor and review processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement feasible cost-saving and productivity projects.
Undertake projects and duties assigned by the Management.Minimum O level

Good command of written and spoken English
Good organization and time management skill
