Responsibilities
Participate in structured rotations across operational, commercial and corporate functions.
Support day-to-day business operations and cross-functional initiatives.
Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects.
Analyse operational data and present recommendations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and business partners.
Lead assigned project(s) and deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, including Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsack record in acquiring and growing B2B accounts.
Curious and eager to learn.
Adaptable across operational, commercial and business environments.
Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including production teams, corporate functions, customers and suppliers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to support interactions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
