About the Role
This role supports the Group Quality Systems Manager by assisting with the maintenance of quality, safety, and environmental standards, including database management, inspections, and reporting, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to address and resolve related issues.
Responsibilities
Update the policies, procedures, masterlists and work instructions before sending them for review or approval
Support the Group Quality Systems Manager in the preparation of quality documents for internal/external audits, when required
Update the QuESH policy and objectives when required, e.g., waste management monitoring, and safety data collection
Consolidate pest control reports and follow up with internal parties for any pest issues until proper closure
Support workplace safety and fire safety inspections for all Teckwah premises (including off-site warehouses) with the Safety Officer and Fire Safety Manager, and guide/monitor the business unit to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented
Update existing datasheets in internal systems and monitor the effectiveness
Undertake projects and additional duties assigned by the Management
Requirements
Diploma or higher tertiary qualifications in Quality Management Systems/Engineering
Strong knowledge in QMS, EMS, and OHSAS, and has qualifications in Quality Management (preferred)
At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing — printing/packaging; kitting/assembly; document control; logistics activities
Good knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14000 and ISO45001 (essential)
Basic knowledge of Business Continuity and Security Management Systems
Self-driven and achievement-oriented, charismatic with good interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional teams and across all levels in the organisation
