Responsibilities
Manage overseas vendors and ensure they meet customer performance KPIs
Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for internal/external stakeholders
Collect performance data, conduct data analysis and focus on areas of improvement
Analyse and evaluate existing processes and propose new solutions
Develop and manage relationships with vendors and customers
Handle new requirements from customer/vendor/superior
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior/manager
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any discipline with 3 years of working experience in Warehousing/Store Management
Good problem-solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
Good command of English
Good communication skills
Good organisational and time-management skills
MRP and computer knowledge, i.e., Microsoft Office
